We are always accepting applications from Montessori trained teachers for our Children’s House (ages 3–6), Lower Elementary (6–9) and Upper Elementary (9-12). The language of instruction is English. Montessori teachers work alongside a Thai co-teacher in a class of no more than 25 students. Montessori principles are followed and classrooms are fully equipped with Montessori materials. Candidates should be devoted to Montessori education, fluent in English (preferably native speakers), and have a willingness to commit to a contract of at least two years.

We also occasionally seek non-Montessori teachers for ESL, Arts, or Physical Education. Successful candidates must be native-English speaking, with minimum Bachelor’s Degree, TEFL certification if applicable, and must be willing to learn about and work within the Montessori philosophy and environment. Experienced candidates currently residing in Phuket preferred.
